Die Stepbergalm wird nach wie vor im Sommer als Weidefläche genutzt.

Während des Almbetriebs von Juni bis September wird die Butter und der Topfen von uns selbst hergestellt. Im Sommer befinden sich auf der Alm ca. 480 Schafe, einige Kühe und Jungrinder. Ab Mitte August ziehen dann auf der Alm nocheinmal 80 Jungrinder ein.

Wir bieten unseren Gästen eine reichhaltige Speisen- und Getränkekarte

Bei uns gibts unter Anderem:

Kaiserschmarrn mit Apfelmus
Salat mit Kaspressknoedel
Hirtenmakkaroni
Käsebrot/Speckbrot
Kaesekuchen
Getränke, Kaffee,Cappuccino, Bier...
