Die gemütliche Wanderung führt über die Parzelle Knie ca. 225 Höhenmeter hinauf nach Heilgereuthe. Von dieser aussichtsreich gelegenen Bergparzelle genießt man wunderbare Panoramablicke ins Rheintal und über den Bodensee. Durch die Parzelle Fluh und das Tobel des Haselstauder Baches mit schattigem Wald gelangt man hinüber nach Stüben. Der Rückweg hinunter nach Haselstauden ist recht steil und dauert ca. 20 Minuten.
