In the middle of Emmelshausen - between Rhine and Moselle - we spoil you in our restaurant with regional and innovative dishes. The kitchen team preferably uses local products from the Hunsrück region. A true recommendation for gourmets are the rump steaks and schnitzels of the house. Our kitchen is widely known for the "Rumpsteak Charly". In addition we serve wines from well-known wine-growing areas around Mosel, Nahe and the Middle Rhine.
