Our inn is small, but fine! Romantic, quaint - in a mill over 450 years old you will find typical Moselle wines, regional beer, birdsong and fine, handmade country cuisine.

From the hearty Mühlen breakfast to the snack in between to the stylish ambience by candlelight, we always serve fresh, seasonal and regionally adapted dishes. Our kitchen philosophy is far away from factory farming and fast food. Our speciality of the menu is the integration of the herbs from our mill garden or the wild herbs from the Grummets meadow. This results in special creations. We learn our craft! That is why we do not use flavor enhancers, artificial flavors and unnatural preservatives. We process fresh and natural products from the region. We attach importance to species-appropriate animal husbandry and careful cultivation. Our special feature of the menu is the inclusion of herbs from our mill garden or the wild herbs of the Grummetswiese. This results in special creations.
