Just above the bus stop "Blatten (Lötschen) Post" and above the large car park, the route initially runs over a large area. Here you can do a few laps to warm up. Afterwards you cross the river Lonza and follow a slight incline towards Fafleralp. After crossing the bridge at Eisten you have the possibility to go back to the starting point on the valley track or through a small wood.
