Kesselhaus
Das ursprüngliche Kesselhaus der Brauerei Quenzer hat seinen industriellen Charme beibehalten und verleugnet seine Herkunft nicht. Beim Gang durch die Räume trifft man immer wieder auf altes Interieur und wird in bereits vergangene Zeiten entführt. Der ehemalige Kesselraum und der alte Kontrollraum ist heute ein Gastraum â er kann für Feierlichkeiten gemietet werden.
Für alle, die den Sommer gerne draußen genießen, hat das Kesselhaus eine Terrasse.
»Wir sind Schwaben« ist das Motto des Kesselhauses. Die kleine, aber feine, regionale und doch überraschende Karte lädt mit wechselnden Gerichten zum Genießen ein. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei, ob Maultaschen oder Käsespätzle, der Zwiebelrostbraten, Fisch oder vegetarische Gerichte, selbstgemachtes Eis oder Käse, der bekanntlich den Magen schließt.
