Turn-by-turn directions
From Piazza Bernardo Clesio take the narrow Via Fratelli Bronzetti heading south, which shortly leads out of the village and then continues through characteristic vineyard cultivations to the hamlet of S. Margherita. At the crossroads one continues uphill along Via Strada del Vino passing through the hamlets of Mori and Sgardaiolo. When you reach the public park, keep right passing the foot of the structure, and at the next crossroads continue straight ahead to cross a small stream shortly after. The dirt road now climbs above the countryside arriving after about 1 km at the square near the shrine. The descent is along the Via Crucis adorned with capitals to the intersection with Via Val Cipriana. Walk along it for a short distance and at the crossroads go up to the right towards Maso Pozze, beyond which you also cross the Val Cipriana stream furrow and then turn left onto Via delle Cadalore, which shortly leads back to the center of the hamlet of S. Margherita. From here go up via Gazzoletti to return to the outward route via Fratelli Bronzetti, which leads back to Serravalle to the starting point.
