Start point for the «Roman Trail» is the car park for Savognin's cable car. The tour follows the river Julia with a gentle climb to Tinizong. From Tinizong the way is a little steeper in direction Rona. The «Roman Trail» remains pleasant to cycle. After Rona the trail heads onto Plaz Beischen and, for whoever wishes, one can continue to Pensa. From here you can snatch a view of Val d'Err, a remote and the most beautiful valley in the region.
Continue on to Proschen and then Rudnal where discoveries from both the Roman and Bronze Ages have been made. The final descent brings you back through the forest to Savognin.
