This snowshoe trail starts at 1200 meters above sea level at the valley sation of the historic village Falera. It leads you along the sunny hillside to the mountain station Curnius, 1644 meters above sea level. The 3km long route covers wide alpine areas and short forest sections, offering a unique view down into the valley. The comfortable mountain restaurant Tegia Curnius at the end of the trail invites you to relax and sunbathe with its big sundeck. If you are more of a sporty type, you make your return back to Falera along the snowshoe trail again, or if you feel comfortable, you can take the chairlift back to the valley.
Note(s) Tip: At Tegia Curnius, try the homemade Maluns ( speciality from Graubünden, made of potatoes and served with cheese and apple puree.
