Die Ardning Alm Hütte liegt am Fuße des Bosruck mit herrlichen Ausblicken in die Haller Mauern. Im Sommer beliebte Einkehr der müden Wanderer und Klettersteig-Geher, im Winter Anlaufstelle für Tourenskifahrer, Rodelfahrer und Schneeschuh-Wanderer.
Die in der Gebirgslandschaft der nördlichen Kalkalpen in der Obersteiermark gelegene Ardningalm Hütte befindet sich in den westlichen Haller Mauern, welche Teil der Ennstaler Alpen sind.

Als Partner des Nationalpark Gesäuse steht die Hütte in einer Landschaft, in der anders als in anderen Alpinregionen, nicht auf den hemmungslosen Ausbau und Massentourismus gesetzt wurde.
