Our Landhotel Kielhuberhof is located in the southern part of Ramsau, in the midst of our meadows: a wonderful quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Dachstein offering great views to the Planai and the Low Tauern mountain range. The many sports and leisure possibilities, such as walking, hiking or skiing, invite you to spend unique holidays in Ramsau am Dachstein. The ski bus taking you to the family friendly ski resorts Ramsau and Ski amadé, stops right beside the Hotel Kielhuberhof. The Hotel Kielhuberhof offers cosy single and double rooms, one barrier-free double room at ground level with a private entry door, ample family rooms as well as apartments and holiday flats for up to 6 persons. We are also happy to welcome larger groups at our hotel. All rooms and apartments are furnished in a modern country house style and rooms from the 25 m2 category have large and comfortable bathrooms. All rooms have access to the balcony with lovely views to the surrounding mountains. The spacious family rooms for 2 - 5 persons each have an entrance hall and a small kitchenette with a comfy dining area. We offer half board comprising a rich buffet breakfast with produce from local farms, and a delicious 3 or 4 course evening meal, with salad & dessert buffet. Choose your dinner from a couple of set menus, including a vegetarian option. In summer, we invite you to join the weekly barbecue. Hotel Kielhuberhof offers great leisure facilities. There is a leisure hall with table tennis, tabletop football and billiard table. In summer, there is our 400 m2 fresh water lake for swimming, a large lawn for sunbathing, as well as 2 outdoor tennis courts, and a sports ground for football, volleyball and badminton. After an active day hiking or skiing, you will enjoy the new well-being area of the Hotel Kielhuberhof. Find this newly implemented relaxation and wellness area over two floors, with a blockhouse sauna on the roof, a bio sauna, a steam bath, an infrared warm-up cabin and a relax room with view to the Dachstein mountains. On request we organise relaxing massages for your well-being. Enjoy the panorama of the surrounding mountains on our sunny terrace with a piece of homemade cake or strudel. Or, have some quality time in the cosy sitting room near the fireplace, reading a great book or enjoying a glass of Austrian wine. In summer, the idyllic scenery of Ramsau am Dachstein invites you to go for extended strolls, to do some Nordic walking and to hike up to the beautiful Alpine pastures. Kids will find excitement in one of the adventure and leisure parks, on the high rope courses and along the nature trails. In winter, you will spend a great time on the well-groomed ski pistes of the resorts Ramsau and Planai, on the fantastic cross-country tracks, on the winter walking trails by foot or riding on a sleigh pulled by horses or in one of the many mountain huts and restaurants.
