Spend unforgettable family holidays with us in our organic 3*** Bio-Pension Leit´n Franz, situated in the sunny eastern part of Ramsau am Dachstein. The quiet location near the forest with a gorgeous mountain backdrop is simply ideal for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. Our little guests have a great time and lots of fun in our children’s paradise Ramsau am Dachstein close to Schladming-Dachstein.

The winter walking paths as well as the cross-country trails run very close to our house. To get to the downhill slopes of the ski area Ski amadé with its interlinked four ski resorts Planai, Hochwurzen, Hauser Kaibling, and Reiteralm, it only takes a 10 minutes’ drive. The stop of the free of charge ski bus can be reached within five minutes by foot.

There are double, triple, and family rooms with country flair as well as 3 fully equipped holiday flats for 2 - 4 persons available which can all be booked with organic buffet breakfast or organic half board. The spacious rooms, featuring bright, solid-wood furniture as well as a private bathroom, WC, balcony, safe, and cable/SAT TV, will make your holiday a unique experience. 2 rooms are particularly allergy friendly thanks to wooden floors and special mattresses. Being members of the Ramsau “Bioniere”, we set high value on an organic lifestyle and would like to pass it on to our guests. A conscious use of food and of natural resources from our region are very important to us. We exclusively use organic products in our kitchen!

Spend sunny moments on the balcony and enjoy the fantastic view to the Dachstein mountains and the Schladming Tauern or simply unwind in our comfortable well-being area. Enjoy the pleasant heat in the Finnish sauna or recharge your batteries in the steam bath and in the infrared cabin. Have a rest enjoying the cosy atmosphere of the relaxation room.

In summer, while spending relaxing hours in our large sunbathing area with a covered swimming pool, or in our lounge “Kaminstube”, your children are having fun on the great playground with rabbits, cats, swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit, and much more. Furthermore, there is a playroom with many toys and games, a sport and table tennis room, and at our neighbour farm, kids have the possibility to go for pony and donkey rides.

During the summer months, our guests can take advantage of the Schladming-Dachstein-Summer Card. Many leisure activities are available for free or at a reduced rate such as cable cars, toll roads, buses, guided hikes, children’s activities, and much more!
