Destination

Hohe Veitsch

Turn-by-turn directions

The starting point of our hike is the parking lot at the Brunnalm. We hike past the valley station of the lift and then cross the lift line to the forest road. Now we continue to the fork, where we turn left past the Scheikl alpine inn to the signpost Graf Meran-Haus - Hohe Veitsch. We follow the marking - the ski slope uphill - to the top station of the Sonnkogel lift. We continue on trail 465, which leads us in serpentines directly to the Graf Meran-Haus. From here it is not far for us to the summit of the Hohe Veitsch - in about 30 minutes we reach it. From the parking lot to the summit cross we need about 2:15h.
