What is special about guided walks?
The gentle, steady movement on the hikes focuses our attention on our immediate surroundings. Movement in nature strengthens our immune system, invigorates muscles, organs and circulation, and activates our brain. Each of the 8 hiking trails is accompanied by a person who knows the route and knows about the special features along the way. The conversations in the hiking group are an additional enrichment, according to the motto: "LIVE TOGETHER IN DIVERSITY!"

Equipment
Proper backpack packing makes many things easier: Pack heavy things first. The water bottle should always be within reach in a side pocket. All the things that are often needed, such as sunglasses, camera or hiking map, belong on top. An emergency kit, including blister plasters, belongs in every rucksack and it is always advisable to dress in layers.
