A romantic hike through meadows and forests near the valley.
Distance 10.6 km
The meadows on the way to the Blaa Alm are worth a hike especially during the daffodil blossom in May. The quietly located inn on the Blaa Alm enjoys great popularity as a destination for excursions all year round, the alpine ambience with the huts and peacefully grazing cattle contributes significantly to this. The Blaa Alm is also attractive in winter - well-maintained cross-country ski trails and a winter hiking trail off the trails are the highlights.

EquipmentProper backpacking makes many things easier: pack heavy things first. The water bottle should always be within easy reach in a side pocket. All things that are often needed, such as sunglasses, camera or hiking map, belong on top. An emergency kit including blister plaster belongs in every backpack and a clothing according to the "onion system" is always recommended!
