Turn-by-turn directions
Now the biker's El Dorado begins, because a wonderfully directed forest road leads along streams, alpine huts and beautiful views of rugged rocks, past the nearby Miesbodensee to the famous Viehbergalm (1445 meters), which is one of the highest points of the tour. There you get as a reward the famous Ennstaler Steirerkrapfen.
After the refreshment you continue on the forest road until you reach the crossroads to the "Ovens". Still following the forest road, you reach the district of Lend/Winkl just before Gröbming. Here you can take a short break and then cross Gröbming.
In the district of Kaindorf you join the Ennsradweg "R7". Stay on this path until you reach Trautenfels. There you change to the other side of the road and follow the Salzkammergut cycle path "R19" in the direction of Bad Mitterndorf.
Between Untergrimming and Klachau it goes partly relatively steeply uphill. From Tauplitz, the bike path leads past Grimming and the Kulm ski jump back to the starting point in Bad Mitterndorf.
