Safety information
- With the exception of the touring ski evening, all pistes on the Riesneralm are closed to touring skiers by day and night!
- Ascent and descent on Friday evening only via the "Familienschuss" and "Krispenleitn" pistes.
- Use of the pistes outside opening hours is dangerous to life and strictly forbidden.
- Ascent at your own risk - no liability is accepted for any alpine dangers that may exist or occur, such as avalanches, weather, etc.
- In winter, caution is advised on even supposedly easy tours. The ground can be slightly icy in shady places, and there is a risk of avalanches on slopes. Mountain sports are therefore - all the more so in winter - subject to personal responsibility. Before every ski tour or snowshoe hike, the current avalanche report should be checked - available at www.lawine.at.
