At the parking lot begins the path up to the Kohlröserlhütte "Genuss am See". Then the tour around the Ödensee already begins. The path is ideally suited for families, as it is very easy to walk. Smaller children can be pulled comfortably with the sledge or the bob.
Please in some short places for consideration for the cross-country skiers, who also use this track as a skating track.

Equipment
Sturdy shoes and winter clothing.Proper backpacking makes many things easier: pack heavy things first. The water bottle should always be within easy reach in a side pocket. All things that are often needed such as sunglasses, camera or hiking map belong on top. An emergency kit including blister plaster belongs in every backpack and a clothing according to the "onion system" is always recommended!
