Grawa Waterfall is the flagship waterfall and heart of the ‘Wild Water Way’ Hiking Trail. As you travel along the main road towards the waterfall, the trees open up to reveal an imposing sight -- Grawa Waterfall -- the widest waterfall in the eastern Alps. There are two viewing platforms, one at the base of the waterfall, and another hanging from the adjacent escarpment cliff -- about half-way up the waterfall, allowing another close-up view of this inspiring natural wonder.
Stubai Yoga Studio offers various Yoga Events and Workshops. Detailed information is available under www.stubaiyoga.at
Yoga Packages in Stubaital can be booked through the travel agency of Stubai’s Tourism Bureau (i.e. the ‘Stubai Touristik’). Yoga Packages can be found under www.stubai.at/yoga
This ‘Yoga-Energy’ Location is easily reached, as it is only a few minutes walking distance from the main road. The Grawa Waterfall area lends itself particularly well to practising Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) and Kriyas (Cleansing Exercises). There is a grass area below the lower viewing platform and several spots along the river that are perfect for your yoga practice. Early morning and later in the afternoon (when there are fewer visitors) are the best times to practise yoga in the waterfall area, allowing for a deeper connection to nature.
