Great bike & ski tour combination with an almost 800 m high dream slope in the rearmost Oytal in a wonderful mountain setting, safe conditions necessary

With a distance of approx. 23 km and an ascent of approx. 1300 m, the ski tour is more for the fit ski tourer who knows his way around the untracked terrain. The first part of the route leads over the mostly cleared road by bike from Oberstdorf to the Oytalhaus. You leave your bike there and then climb flat for a while on your skis into the rear of the Oytal, until the road to the Käser-Alpe divides. The ascent to the Wildenfeldscharte leads over the western slopes up to the Wildenfeldhütte. From there up the increasingly steep slope to the Wildenfeldscharte. On the descent, an absolute dream slope awaits us with powder snow. The surrounding winter mountain scenery with the wild grass mountains Höfats, Seilhenker and Himmelhorn is very impressive.
