Vom Parkplatz Hotel Pragser Wildsee je nach Verhältnissen über den zugefrorenen See, ansonsten am westlichen Ufer entlang über einen Forstweg bis zu dessen Südende. In Grundrichtung Süd-Ost steigt man in zunehmender Steilheit über eine enge Rinne, dem "Nabigen Loch" (Schlüsselstelle). Nun über sanftes Skigelände streng linkshaltend, dann weiter über eine weitere Steilstufe, bis man die ausgeprägte Hochfläche erreicht. Dort nach links über weite Hänge bis zum Gipfel.
