Turn-by-turn directions

The cycle path starts in Leifers/Laives and leads directly to Trento. Enjoy the fantastic panorama passing through the Unterland/Bassa Atesina and the villages of Auer/Ora, Neumarkt/Egna, Margreid/Magré, Mezzocorona and San Michele all‘Adige. Once you arrive in Trento, you can take a break and enjoy a coffee in the fabulous Piazza del Duomo. Before coming back, make sure you don’t miss the old city.

Return trip: Make the most of the excellent train service and get the train back again!

Getting there

Coming from the south:
Take the highway exit "Neumarkt/Auer-Egna/Ora" and follow the signs "Bozen/Leifers-Bolzano/Laives" for approx. 15 km. Then follow the signs for "Leifers Süd-Laives Sud" to reach the city centre.

Coming from the north:
Take the highway exit "Bozen Süd-Bolzano Sud" and then follow the signs for "Trient/Leifers-Trento/Laives" for approx. 15 km. After the tunnel connecting Bolzano and Laives, follow the signs for "Leifers Nord-Laives Nord" for approx. 1 km to reach the city centre.
