Vom Parkplatz Salzbach geht es zuerst ein Stück steil bergauf. Nehmen Sie den Ganghoferweg auf der rechten Seite. Sobald die erste Steigung geschafft ist geht der Weg einfach über die Almböden vorbei an der Gaistalalm bis zur Tilfusalm und dem Ganghoferhaus.
