Starting point: Parking Sonnberg. Take the somewhat steep path that ascends up to the Engl Alm pasture (the hut is not open to the public). Continue along the Alpenrosensteig (alpine rose) trail until you reach the Gols panoramic point, where you can take a break and stock up on vitamin D. Continue following the trail to the Astner Bergalm hut. From there, cross the Winnebachtal valley and take path No. 5 (which leads to the Alpegger farm) and then the panoramic trail to get back to the starting point.
