Starting at the hydro-electricity station in Töll/Tel, follow the Etsch Cycling Path on the Via Claudia Augusta to Töll bridge. Cross the bridge and continue along the Bahnhofstraße/Via Stazione up to the K.U.K. Imperial and Royal Bad Egart museum. Continue along the "Badlweg" trail and on to the Saring bridge in Rabland/Rablá. Walk along Saringstraße/Via Saring to the Vingschgauer Hauptstraße (main street) leading through Rabland.
Cross the road at the zebra crossing and continue on the hiking trail marked 7A on a section of the "Mühlwaalweg". Continue along the Via Pröfingstraße, along historic farms, further along the Via Gaudententurmstraße and then turn right into the Via Zehent-Straße direction Töll/Tell until you reach the signposted crossroads (sign Peter-Mitterhofer-Weg). Follow the meadow path to the left until you reach Vertigen and return to hydro-electricity station at Töll/Tel.
