From Zannes|Zans to the Gschnagenhardt Mountain Pasture and Glatsch in the Puez Geisler Nature Park in Funes|Villnöss

From the parking lot in Zannes (1,670m; local bus route), follow the signpost on trail no. 34 which points to Gschnagenhardtalm, then follow the wide, easy to descend forest way westward, then left down on the footpath (called Jägersteig) into black forest, westward on an almost flat stretch, at the fork climb further upward to a hunting cabin (1,670m). From there, on a wide forest path (no. 34) in the steep high forest in large bends up to the magnificently located Gschnagenhardt Wiesen meadows and to the Geisleralm and the Gschnagenhardtalm mountain huts(1,996m; both are rest stops). Trail no. 36 ascends slightly to Adolf-Munkel-Höhenweg high mountain trail no. 35, then follows a longer stretch eastward, until trail no. 36 in the Swiss pine high forest forks again, and on to Berggasthof Glatschalm mountain inn (1,902m). For the descent follow the access road that leads directly to the parking lot.
