Find the animals in the woods
We live in an enchanting nature, this fantastic Dolomite territory is also a natural habitat of numerous wild animals such as deer, chamois, foxes, squirrels, marmots and hares. Animals that live free are very difficult to meet, so the idea of a thematic path was born. In collaboration with the Profession School of Arts in Ortisei, students have carved the life-sized animals in wood and then they were positioned along the walks and near the woods around Selva.
Both ways start in Selva Val Gardena.
To get to the first round, go towards the ski school of Selva Val Gardena (Dantercepies street). From here continue along the steep road until you reach the Hotel Scoiattolo. Behind the hotel starts the path that leads to Sai Uedli.
The second round starts across the tourist office Selva Val Gardena on the path no. 27.
