This pleasant hike, which is also particularly great fun for families with children, takes you across soave Alpine pastures along Mount Hausberg to two Alpine huts.
Distance 8.8 km
Lovely landscape and impressive scenery: Here you can experience Alpine huts close-up – plus they are really easy to get to. Your family will love it! Children will love the animals at Kochelbergalm, lots of rivers for paddling and building dams in hot weather. And then of course, there is lots of healthy and delicious Alm produce, from buttermilk to home-made dumpling soup. Partnachalm hut is situated in an amazing location above Partnachklamm gorge. So if you feel a bit more Wanderlust, why not take a detour through the wild and romantic gorge? (Children can come along – just remember to hold the little ones' hand.)
