Imagine walking on paths set in endless meadows, under a sky that extends as far as the eye can see; green pastures dotted with white rocks and stone huts, immersed in uncontaminated nature: this is the Lessinia in Trentino. It is always a good time to discover the Lessinia Plateau: in winter when these places become a paradise to be discovered with snowshoes or cross-country skis on your feet or during the summer, when you can dedicate yourself to trekking, mountain biking and racing bikes. The more adventurous will be able to test themselves and ride on one of the most beautiful (and arduous) climbs in Trentino.
Do you like combining nature and culture? A few kilometers away you will find Ala, with its beautiful historic center and its baroque palaces, the Romanesque church of San Pietro in Bosco or the medieval castle of Sabbionara d'Avio.

MONTI LESSINI

Safety information

The Cronelle, characteristic rock formations of the Plateau of Lessini, are separated from each other by cracks wide from a few decimetres to more than a meter and very deep. These small, clearly visible canyons require you to pay attention to where your feet rest.
