From the Braies Lake up and around the Seekofel
Along one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Dolomites, the tour leads on mostly narrow and stony paths up to the Seekofel at 2810 metres altitude. Some challenging passages are secured and make the ascent to the summit easier. Once at the top, the breathtaking view over the Braies Valley and the Dolomites awaits. The path back down to the valley passes the Seekofel refuge, the Grünwaldalm and the Maria die Schmerzhafte chapel. If you want to do something good for your body and soul afterwards, you can spend the night at the Pragser Wildsee Hotel.
