Vom Hochweisssteinhaus geht es bergauf zum Öfner Joch und dann bergab zur Käserei meist an Pferden und Kühen vorbei bis man wieder aufsteigt zum Giramondopass und zum Lago Pera. Von dort etwas steil bergab auf die Wolayeralm und unterhalb des Biegengebirges zur Wolayerseehütte mit gleichnamigem See.
