MTB tour via Freiberger Mahd and Marzoner Alm
Mountainbiking
· Vinschgau
The tour leads us steeply up over the Freiberger Mahd to the Marzoner Alm. But we are rewarded for the strenuous ascent with a fantastic single-trail descent along beautiful forest paths.

We start comfortably with a relatively relaxed ride to Tarsch. Shortly before we reach the village, we enjoy a short but very beautiful trail section. But then the long and steep climb up to the Freiberger Mahd begins, which takes a lot of energy. We are rewarded with another short trail before we start climbing again. Even though the last stretch to the Marzoner Alm is comparatively flat, we have definitely earned an extensive rest here with the best panorama. From the alpine pasture, we finally descend on forest paths via the so-called Tannenzapfentrail (pine cone trail) with the utmost downhill fun towards the valley.
