The pleasant and family-friendly hike in Badia, leads along the trail Tru di tiers following the traces of the wild animals.

Along the whole itinerary sculptures of wild animals are placed, for example: an eagle, an owl, or a bear. The sculptures were carved from larch and pine wood with a chainsaw by a local artist.

This flat trail is ideal for families with strollers.

Turn-by-turn directions

The nature trail starts at the Lee hut and leads through the woods for approx. 400 metres on flat trail to the small mountain lake Lech Dlá Lé.

*By car

  • Coming from Innsbruck: take the A 13 and the A 22 toll motorway and exit at Bressanone/Brixen, following the signs to Brunico/Bruneck along the Val Pusteria/Pustertal road as far as San Lorenzo/St.Lorenzen. Follow the signs to Val Badia/Gadertal 
  • Coming from Verona-Bolzano: take the A 22, exit at Bressanone/Brixen and continue as above
