Turn-by-turn directions

• Hiking time: 50min • Trail numbers: 25, 32 • The starting point is the car park Zannes (1680 m). Trail no. 25 starts right behind the cabin Info Treffunkt Zannes at the upper end of the car park. Hike on the narrow and gradually ascending trail alongside the stream Kaserillbach until you reach the small plateau Kirchwiesl (1837 m), where you can refresh your feet in the stream and the children can play nearby the water. From here, follow the forest road (no. 32) to Malga Kaserill (1920 m). • To return to Zannes, you can either walk back the same route or you change to the forest road (no. 33).

Getting there

• Through the Isarco Valley to Chiusa/Klausen; turn into Val di Funes/Villnöss and drive to Zannes/Zans (car park subject to charge) • Public transport: by bus from Chiusa/Klausen or Bressanone/Brixen through Villnöss Valley to Zannes/Zans.
Arrival by train, car, foot or bike
