Entlang einem der schönsten Bergseen der Dolomiten führt die Tour auf meist schmalen und steinigen Pfaden hinauf zum Seekofel auf 2810 Höhenmeter. Einige anspruchsvolle Passagen sind versichert und erleichtern den Aufstieg zum Gipfel. Oben angekommen, wartet der atemberaubende Blick über das Pragser Tal und die Dolomiten. Der Weg zurück ins Tal passiert die Schutzhütte Seekofel sowie Grünwaldalm und die Kapelle Maria die Schmerzhafte. Wer Seele und Körper anschließend noch etwas Gutes tun möchte, übernachtet im Hotel Pragser Wildsee.
