Ascent: from the parking take the lake trail all way along, till the junction for Val Ceremana.

Follow the left track that leads through a dense forest without difficulties to the base of the valley-gully of Ceremana. Climb the clearly visible groove to where it bifurcates, at 1857 m.

Follow the right channel, which immediately becomes smaller, till you’ll find the possibility to travers right for a short distance to the open slopes of "Lastè" (be careful, dangerous passage!).

Now bear up just on the wide slopes. The last section is steep, interspersed with some flater stretches.

Descent: by the same route
