Da Coredo per strade secondarie ci si dirige a Smarano prima e Sfruz poi. Da Sfruz si segue la segnaletica dei Percorsi d'Ananunia numero 8 per un breve tratto per poi imbocca il Grand Tour Predaiai MTB con segnaletica "Predaia MTB 1" che arriva fino a Castel Thun su strade secondarie, sterrate e cementate.

Il rientro avviene lungo lo stesso itinerario fatto per l'andata.

Dal bivio di Dermulo in Val di Non si seguono le indicazioni verso nord per il Passo Mendola e poco dopo si svolta a destra seguendo le indicazioni per Coredo / Altopiano della Predaia
