Dalla Malga Brodolona di sotto (1806m) si segue il sentiero 136 che inizia subito dietro lo stabile della struttura. In circa mezz’ora si raggiunge Malga Brodolona di sopra (2084m) dove si continua sempre sul sentiero 136 (indicazioni Alplaner/Lago Trenta) lungo bellissimi pendii erbosi, che lasciano spazio a panorami mozzafiato. Sempre su comodo sentiero (FOTO 8) si giunge al Passo Alplaner (2423m), che segna il confine fra Trentino ed Alto Adige, punto panoramico di rara bellezza. Di qui ci si abbassa ai meravigliosi tre laghi di Alplahner, méta di giornata.
Si rientra per il percorso di salita.

Getting there
SS42 della Val di Non fino a Rumo, quindi Livo. Dopo il paese si seguono le indicazioni per Bresimo. Si procede sulla strada asfaltata che solca per intero la valle seguendo le indicazioni per Malga Brodolona (circa 7/8 km da Bresimo). Si lascia la macchina al parcheggio di Malga Brodolona di sotto (1806m), recentemente ristrutturata.
