Turn-by-turn directions
The route starts from the "Hofmahd" car park (located at the entrance of the tunnel that connects Val di Non to Val d'Ultimo) and runs between Malga di Cloz, Malga di Revò (reachable by following the flat forest road n. 8) and Malga Kessel (from Malga di Revò trail n. 11 and 133), all inserted in the upper Val di Non territory on the border between Trentino and Alto Adige.
From the Kessel Alm you can easily go down to the village of Proves following the signs no. 11 first and then no. 2a.
The educational trail is suitable for people of all ages and offers the possibility of stopping at the huts along the trail that offer excellent catering and reception services. The journey time is a couple of hours one way. For those who want to avoid the return on foot, it is best to make the return by bus. There are three daily trips between S. Valburga (Val d'Ultimo) and Proves.
By road
From Val di Non continue in the direction of Val d'Ultimo passing through the villages of Rumo, Revò or Castelfondo. After the village of Proves in the province of Bolzano, pass through a short tunnel and immediately afterwards you will notice the large dirt car park on the right.
Parking
Before and after the short gallery there are two large free parking areas.
