Refuge Capanna Grassi is located close to Malga Grassi, a place used since the past by the cattles because of the rich pastures. 

You can reach Capanna Grassi by car, a few kilometres after the little village of Campi, by bike and on foot. It is a best known place among food lovers, that find here genuine food like polenta with meat and other specialties.

On the way to Capanna Grassi, you can find the archeological site of San Martino.
