Aussichtsreiche Wanderung vom berschaulichen Pregásina am Gardasee über den Passo Rocchetta und Passo Guil hinauf auf den 1621 Meter hohen Monte Carone.

Auf dieser überwiegend leichten Bergtour geht es auf schmalen Pfaden vorbei am Monte Palaer, dem Passo Rocchetta und Passo Guil hinauf zum Gipfel des Monte Carone. Von dort aus erwartet uns ein atemberaubernder Blick über die Brescianer Voralpen und auf den Gardasee vor der Kulisse des Monte Baldo. Beim Abstieg über versicherte, steile Treppen zurück nach Pregásina, kommen wir vorbei an der Schutzhütte Baita Segala, die zu einer kleinen Pause bei selbst mitgeprachtem Proviant einlädt. Im Gipfelbereich ist die Markierung etwas dürftig aber sonst ist eine ausreichende Beschilderung vorhanden. Da die Tour relativ lang ist, ist gute Kondition gefragt.
