Sentiero del Ponale fino al lago di Ledro con pendenze costanti e pedabili, a parte un tratto prima di Molina di Ledro molto ripido, Ciclabile fino al lago d'Ampola in vallata abbastanza pianeggiante con ritorno con alcuni varianti (come via del Troc). Sempre al ritorno percorso sull'altro versante del lago di Ledro, in modo tale da fare l'intero giro.
