Früh morgens und nur bei gutem Wetter starten. Trailrunning auf den Gipfeln nicht zu empfehlen, eher Bergwanderung mit entsprechender Ausrüstung/Schuhwerk.

Safety information

Abzweig zum Aufstieg Cima Nara nicht beschildert und zugewachsen. Nach einigen hundert Metern aber dann gut erkennbarer Pfad. Ordentliche Kletterei über den Rücken Cima Nara und Al Bal. Festes Schuhwerk sinnvoll. Teilweise auf der Gardaseeseite ausgesetzt mit vielen Tiefblicken.
