Achtung! Kein Wasser auf der Route und keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit. Start in Pregasina. Achtung Parkplatz an der Kirche ist ab 9:00 Uhr im Sommer voll! Auf den Weg 422 oberhalb der Kirche einsteigen. Steil hinauf zur Bocca de Le. Dann weiter auf dem 430 Kammweg zum Cima Bal. Leichte Kraxelei auf der Variante Experti Alpini! Weiter über Cima della Nara. Weiter über den Kamm bis zum Monte GUIL. Abwärts über die 422 zum Passo Rocchetta. Weiter auf 422B bis Casina Palaer. Weiter von dort nach Pregasina.
