It is an excursion that takes place in height and therefore the walk is already outside the wood and on alpine pasturelands. It avails of a suggestive view over the Valsugana and on the two sides, the Brenta Dolomites can be admired.

This route is located passes through an area where there is road closure and is therefore also closed. Current information

It is a mountain path along which you can enjoy the splendid views and it leads from Panarotta to the top of Monte Fravort. The mountain peak was heavily guarded during the First World War and you can still see the remains of the trenches.

Author’s recommendation

Pay attention to the the remains of the trenches.

Difficulty E: excursionistic route

It is a mountain path along which you can enjoy the splendid views and it leads from Panarotta to the top of Monte Fravort. The mountain peak was heavily guarded during the First World War and you can still see the remains of the trenches.

From the parking place of the ski slopes you can find Rifugio Panarotta (near the refuge you can find an informative poster with a map of the area). From here take the street on the right that gently climb: it is an ancient war path that cross the ski slopes till the area named Bassa. From here the landscape is extraordinary.

Continuing on the same path we reach the peak of the mountain. Here you can find lots of remains of the War.

After enjoying the landscape, descende into the valley till the starting point.

Molto bello e facile.

Machen!!
