The route is divided into two itineraries, one marked by the red gnome, dedicated to children, and one marked by the green gnome for families
The road is structured with informative tables in the form of a lectern, so that it can be read by younger children, and of some educational games. The cartoons and illustrations created by the children of the Primary School of Tenna make the walk fun and entertaining.
Initially the trail is flat and runs along the road that connects Ischia to Tenna, offering a splendid view of Lake Caldonazzo. After about 1 km the trail begins to climb and enters the woods.
It develops in the north-west part of the Alberè pine wood, with passage through the historic "roccolo" and panoramic views of the Caldonazzo lake, the Marzola and the Vigolana.
Staying silent in the woods increases the chances of seeing or hearing wild animals.
