It is a very scenic route, rich in particular natural environments, and rich in culture passing near the Fort of Tenna. In our proposal we started it from the Alberè pine forest but you can start it, for example from Tenna or from the Brenta area. It starts from the pine forest of Alberè, leaving the car at the parking lot in front of the Margherita hotel. Along the route there are several crossroads, therefore attention is required and a check on the map or on the app so as not to lengthen the route by skipping junctions. After a descent into the woods, you reach and skirt part of Lake Levico. Go back to Tenna, pay attention to the crossroads, then enter Tenna, passing by the Austro-Hungarian fort and the church of S.Valentino, from here the descent on a dirt road begins and you arrive at Brenta. Once at the locality of Brenta, go up the country road until you return to Tenna and then to the starting point.
Author’s recommendation
Pay attention to the crossroads, however the new signage is expected in spring / summer 2020.

Pineta di Alberè "Tenna"
Turn-by-turn directions

Author’s map recommendations
The “Passeggiate intorno ai laghi” map is available at the cost of €2 in the Valsugana Tourist Board Info offices.
Equipment
Comfortable clothing and shoes with articulated soles are recommended
