Every evening, 'La Table du Carina' offers suggestions according to the day's arrivals - and the mood of GaÃ¯a, the chef from Palermo.
A cuisine with alpine and Italian accents awaits you, simple, centred on the product (BIO, Presidio Slowfood), revealing all the flavours of a meat or vegetable. Come and taste a selection of "Piattini" to share with some natural wines or cocktails from the house. In the afternoon, from 15:00 hrs onwards, small dishes are offered before moving on to the dinner menu from 18:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs. The number of seats is limited to 35 people.
